I was a ProLawn customer for many years, then I couldnt get a phone call back to schedule service. When I did I was told that priority was going to 'prepaid' customers and if they could fit me
in they would. Next call was to LawnDoctor as a neighbor was using them. Called me back same day and were here within the week. I like them because I have several small dogs and they use granulated fertilizer vs. liquid so my fear of my dogs being poisoned is far less but, I still wash their little feet for that day just to be safe. They notify me via text the day before they come which is more than I can say for ProLawn, trying to get a notification was like pulling teeth. I highly recommend LawnDoctor Erik and his crew are top notch, easy to deal with and a pleasure to as well.

I have been using Lawn Doctor of Missoula for many years now and have never been disappointed in the quality of service. My lawn, about 1/2 an acre, has poor soil content. With LD my grass is given the opportunity to thrive with fertilization and weed control tailored to the poor soil I have. Technician Rose and her co-worker Chucky are so careful with closing my gates, picking up dog toys before they treat the lawn, hitting all areas of my oddly shaped property and are friendly and efficient. The owner has personally contacted me in the past to check on my service satisfaction and I am annually offered discounts for advanced payments at the start of the season. I love using a locally owned company and recommend them highly.

After researching local lawn care companies via the internet, and then speaking to our neighbors, we chose Lawn Doctor. They have been providing our lawn weed control and fertilization for the past two years. We have been very pleased with their service, friendly staff and our lawn. Several of our neighbors have used a different company that never closes gates behind them resulting in lost pets. That is one thing we never have to worry about. They just came to our home this a.m. Very thorough and i will have to say this guy was very respectful of my garden areas and pet areas!!! He hit every spot that needed hit and then some.
